The guest must register him/herself at the reception before checking in.
The payment of the room is done at the reception before checking in.
The guest is responsible for all his/her values left in the room and the resort is not responsible in any case of loss.
Please make sure you are in possession of all your belongings when you check out.
The guest is responsible for all the resort's equipment in his/her room.
In case of eventual equipment damages caused by the guest, the cost of repair will be added to his/her invoice.
Check-out time by day is at 10:00 AM. After this time, the normal full rate will be charged to the guest.
Minor children must stay with their parents.
The lake being a dangerous place, therefore, PARADIS MALAHIDE Resort takes no responsibility in case of drowning.
Laundry services for the guest's linens are charged separately.
Please, don't forget to bring back the key at the reception when checking out.
